Lottario Jackpot and Prizes

Lottario Jackpot and Prizes

The draw takes place on Saturday , at 20:00 PM

Why Lottario is the Lottery Draw for You

The new style Canadian lottery has made some really interesting updates recently. It is these tweaks that have made lottario one of the best, and most fun online lotteries to play. Let’s look into what lottario have done and how it makes your lottery experience more enjoyable.

The new style lottery began selling tickets in November 2015, before this time lottario was a regular, and dare I say it, mundane Canadian lottery that fluctuated in popularity throughout the years.

New Prize Structure

The changes to the lottario game structure were intended to spice up the draw and make it more appealing to the younger generation. The most striking update was a change was in the prize structure that has made the jackpots grow more quickly through rollover rules that boost up the jackpot prize. This has had a side effect of making the odds slightly longer for the lower prize divisions but overall more appealing to the masses as the top tier prizes are bigger.

Early Bird

The lottario early bird option was one of the features that set this lottery apart from the other, so were happy that they decided to keep it going – why change something that works! The early bird option means that if you buy your tickets before 11:59:59 pm (EST) on Friday you are eligible for your chosen numbers to be put through to the early bird draw. To win the Early Bird draw you need to match all four Early Bird numbers and you will get to share $50,000 with any other winners.
This feature has been thought by some as a cheap gimmick with small prize, however, I think this is a really nice additional draw that maintains freshness and increases your winners at no great cost to the lottery provider. Also, by making only people who buy early eligible for the draw it allows the lottario lottery provider to have a much better idea of the sales before any prizes are given out. This will not change the lottario prize structure or even the prize amounts but it is definitely a smart move to be more organized with your lottery.

New Prizes & Old Price

Lottario has always been $1 to play since its inception and this has not changed – Great news for all lottario players around the world. What has changed however, is the prize structure and new prizes have been made available. A 4th, 6th & 8th division prize was added to the updated draw making more chances to win. The previous lottario lottery had only 5 prize divisions + Early Bird, the new and improved draw has 8 separate prize divsions + Early Bird….all for the same great price of $1.

Conclusions

Lottario has always been one of our more liked, if not most popular lotteries. The new changes and updated features only make us like the draw even more. Increasing the jackpot rollover speed, maintaining the early bird option, keeping the ticket price & adding new prize divisions are the three main new improvements that will keep us playing Lottario online for many years to come.
